The lasting effect of a progressive school system. Pt 1

In the early 1970's, New Jersey public schools were considered at the forefront of modern day education.  Proper funding and experienced educators created fertile ground to introduce students to the most advanced education possible.  Complicated mathematics, such as Algebra, once thought impossible for elementary school age students to comprehend, was now being introduced to them and with great success.  Recently, a file was discovered which revealed there was, however, one unfortunate exception to this successful program and although the individual's name has been obscured with magic marker to avoid any embarrassment this may cause him, it appears the name is Fusaro.

The file will be presented, complete with photos, for your review.

We will go through each phase of this tragic side effect carefully.  Dissecting each entry one by one in the upcoming posts.  This is being done methodically to insure a mistake this grave is never made again.
